RICE-CHEESE BAKE 
4 c. cooked rice
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded or grated
4 eggs
3 tbsp. (or more) onion, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each thyme & marjoram
1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, chopped & cooked
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter, melted

Beat eggs; add milk and shortening. Add cheese, onion and spinach (well-drained). Add the rice and mix well. Turn into a greased casserole or pan and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
