BROCCOLI, CHEESE, AND RICE BAKE 
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1/2 stick butter
1 (10 oz.) box frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) or cream of mushroom
1/2 c. (4 oz.) Cheese Whiz
3/4 c. milk
1 c. uncooked minute rice

Saute onion in butter until soft; add remaining ingredients. Stir well and heat over medium heat until Cheese Whiz is melted. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. Recipe doubled fills 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
