CREAM CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream sweet corn (16 oz.)
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
1 box (8 1/2 oz.) JIFFY corn muffin mix
Shredded cheese

Put chunks of butter in 9 inch casserole. Mix other ingredients except cheese, place in casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, then raise to 450 degrees for another 30 minutes. When ready top with shredded cheese.
