CREAM CORN PUDDING 
1 can cream corn
3 tbsp. sugar
2 whole eggs
1/2 c. sweet milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Combine all ingredients stirring with fork just enough to mix; does not have to be smooth; do not whip! Mixture should be lumpy. Pour into baking dish (spray with Pam for easy clean up). Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 2 to 3.

This was a delicious dish. I added cinnamon and vanilla flavor to mine. Now whenever we have family dinners, I am requested to make cream corn pudding.
