PEACH APRICOT SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) apricot Jello 1 (3 oz.) peach Jello 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in own juice, drained (save juice) 16 oz. can apricots, diced and drained (save) 2 bananas, diced 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. pecans 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. (heaping) flour 3 oz. soft cream cheese 1 pkg. Dream Whip Combine both Jello packages and make according to directions on package using 1/4 cup less water. Chill until slightly congealed. Add pineapple and apricots to Jello. Add bananas and marshmallows. Sprinkle nuts over all. |
