SARAH'S APRICOT SALAD 
1 (#2) can apricots, drained (reserve juice)
2 c. hot water
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
2 boxes orange Jello
2 c. sm. marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add marshmallows and 1 cup mixed apricot and pineapple juice. Chill slightly, add fruit and let stand until firm.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. mixed fruit juices
1 env. Dream Whip, prepared
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Combine sugar and flour in a pan, add slightly beaten eggs, stir in juices and cook over low heat until thick. Stir constantly, remove from heat. Add butter, cool in cold water, stirring until cool. Fold in Dream Whip and spread over firm Jello. Sprinkle grated cheese over top and chill.
