ORANGE APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange jello
2 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. apricot juice
1 can crushed pineapple (2 1/2 size)
10 marshmallows cut up or 20 miniature marshmallows
1 can crushed apricots (2 1/2 size)

Reserve small amounts of pineapple and apricot juice for topping. Mix together the above ingredients and pour into mold. Chill until set, about 2 hours.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. apricot juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice

Cook together until thick. Cool.
