3 c. milk
1 c. Carnation milk
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 c. Minute rice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Gradually stir in the 2 milks and eggs into pudding mix. Add rice and stir over medium heat; until it comes to a boil. Pour into a serving dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg to garnish. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
