CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
4 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello brand vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling (not instant)
1 c. minute rice
1/4 c. raisins (optional)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding. Mix in saucepan. Add rice and raisins. Stir over medium heat until the mixture just comes to a boil. Pour into serving bowl.

Helpful Hints: Serve warm or cold, sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg. For creamier pudding, place plastic wrap on surface while cooling. Chill 1 hour. Serves 10.
