UNDER-OVER CAKE 
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar

Spread coconut and pecans on bottom of a greased 9"x13" pan. Make cake batter according to directions and pour over coconut and pecans.

Melt butter and cream cheese in saucepan over low heat. When melted, stir in sugar until well blended. Pour over cake mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. This will not turn out of pan. Serve from pan or Pyrex dish.
