1 pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. French dressing
Pinch of garlic salt
1/3 c. catsup
1 tbsp. grated onion

Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until soft. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until mixed well. Refrigerate. Serve with chips.
