BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 (8 oz.) can bamboo shoots
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese. Pour into greased 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
