CARROT ALMOND SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello 12 marshmallows, cut 1 c. boiling water 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Stir until dissolved. Cool and thicken slightly. Fold in: 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple 1/2 c. cream whipped 1 c. shredded carrots 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. slivered almonds (or any nuts) Pour into mold and refrigerate. |
