HONEY ALMOND CARROTS 
2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sliced toasted slivered almonds
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. honey

In saucepan combine carrots and water. Cover, cook over medium heat until tender; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Heat through.
