HONEY - GLAZED CARROTS 
4 carrots
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt

Peel and cut carrots into 1/2-inch slices. Place in a 1 1/2-quart sauce; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on stove top at medium heat for 20 minutes or until tender. Lower heat; remove lid. Stir carrots every 2 minutes for about 10 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
