3 c. carrots (whole or sliced)
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. butter (butter)
2 tbsp. parsley
Salt

Cook carrots until tender and drain. Stir remaining ingredients in with warm carrots until coated. Salt to taste.
