TERIYAKI BROILED CHICKEN 
1 1/4 lb. boneless chicken breasts, skin removed
1/4 c. soy sauce (low sodium)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground ginger

Place chicken in a shallow pan. Add soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger. Marinate 1 hour, turning occasionally. Place chicken under a preheated broiler. Broil 6 to 8 inches from heat for 7 minutes on each side or until done to taste.

Makes 4 servings.
