CARAMEL POPCORN 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. light syrup
2 c. light brown sugar
10 to 15 c. popped corn

Boil butter, syrup and sugar for 5 minutes. Butter a large baking pan and add popcorn. Pour boiled mix over popcorn. Cook in 200 degree oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes with a wooden spoon. Stir while cooling to prevent clumps. May add nuts if you like.
