CARAMELIZED POPCORN 
Caramelized popcorn
1 1/4 c. popcorn
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo, light
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Pop the popcorn, set aside. Bring to rapid boil butter, brown sugar, Karo, honey and vanilla. Boil 6 minutes. Remove from fire and add 1 teaspoon baking soda. Stir. Stir it all into the popped corn. Use a large pan to put it all in. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Delicious.
