SWEET POTATO BALLS 
1 (18 oz.) can sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. butter, melted
10 lg. marshmallows
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. butter

Combine mashed potatoes, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons butter. Chill for easy handling. Shape in 2 inch balls with a marshmallow inside each. Use 1/4 cup of potatoes to cover.

Heat honey and 1 tablespoon butter in a small heavy skillet over high heat. When syrup is hot, add potato balls one at a time. Roll in glaze, coating completely. Roll in nuts. Space balls so they do not touch in greased shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
