EASY LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
30 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

Boil noodles until tender, using a few drops oil to keep them from sticking together. Brown and drain ground beef. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain water from noodles and rinse with cold water. Spread thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 9"x12" baking dish. Layer first with noodles, then Ricotta cheese, then Mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers twice more (3 layers total). Bake at 400 degrees until top layer of Mozzarella cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes, then serve.
