CARAMEL CORN 
6 qt. popped popcorn
2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Put popped corn on a large roaster pan and set aside. Boil together first 5 ingredients for 5 minutes. Then add the 2 remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over popcorn and mix. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes so all corn is coated.
