WELSH RAREBIT 
2 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Melt cheese over hot water, slow, add milk and stir until smooth add seasonings. Serve on toast. 4 servings.
