SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, mashed 1/3 c. butter, melted 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 c. sugar Mash and beat together; pour into a greased casserole dish. TOPPING: 1 c. (or less) pecans, chopped (optional) 1/3 c. flour 1/3 c. butter, melted 1 c. brown sugar Mix together and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
