1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. instant onion, minced 1 c. rice, regular 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced or pieces 2 cans consomme Dash thyme Pinch garlic salt Brown onion in butter. Combine rice, mushrooms, thyme, garlic salt, consomme, then add onion and butter mixture. Stir and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
