CURRIED PILAF 
1 c. regular long grain rice
2/3 c. seedless raisins
1/3 c. dried apples, chopped
2 chicken-flavored bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. minced instant onion
2 tsp. curry powder

Thirty minutes before serving. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. In a 2- quart saucepan, boil 2 3/4 cups water. Stir in rice mixture. Lower heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff lightly before serving. 6 servings.
