PILAF (FOR MULIGATAWNY SOUP
ETC.)
 
1 c. reg. white rice
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Dash of mace
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped parsley

Cook rice as package directs. In bowl, combine rice, raisins, almonds, cinnamon and mace; toss to mix. To serve, spoon pilaf into warm bowls and add Muligatawny Soup and parsley. Serves 8.
