RICE PILAF 
2 c. instant rice
1/3 c. butter
4 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. celery (chopped)
1/2 c. onion (chopped)
1/4 c. white current raisins
1/4 c. parsley (chopped)
Pimento (optional)
Water chestnuts

In an electric skillet stir rice into melted butter and "slightly" brown along with celery, onion, parsley and pimento. Add broth and raisins. Cook until most of liquid has gone. Add water chestnuts and finish cooking until liquid is gone.
