EASY MIDEASTERN PILAF 
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. dry Minute rice
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

RANGE TOP: Combine broth, onion, butter, raisins and salt in saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in almonds and parsley. Makes 4 servings.

MICROWAVE: Combine all ingredients except almonds and parsley in microwave-safe bowl. Cover and cook at high 4 minutes. Stir, cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in almonds and parsley.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
