EASY DOES IT LASAGNA 
4-5 c. spaghetti sauce
8 oz. lasagna
1 lb. ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded or thinly sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lbs. browned ground beef (opt.), mixed with sauce or added to layers

In a 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish spread about 1 cup spaghetti sauce. Arrange a layer of uncooked lasagna on top. Top with some more sauce, ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and sauce. Repeat; gently pressing lasagna pieces into cheese mixture below. Add final layer of lasagna. Pour remaining sauce over all, making sure all lasagna pieces are covered with sauce. Top with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes until lightly browned and bubbling. Allow to stand 15 minutes. Cut and serve.
