ITALIAN LASAGNA 
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 lb. lasagna
2 jars of spaghetti sauce or your own sauce

In a mixing bowl, mix the Ricotta cheese, eggs and Italian seasoning together. Boil lasagna as per cooking directions on package. In a baking pan spread some sauce on the bottom, then a layer of lasagna, a layer of Ricotta, sprinkle some mozzarella and then some more sauce. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used. Top layer should be sauce and the Parmesan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes until cheese is bubbling. Top with more sauce and Parmesan.
