ITALIAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground meat
2 cans tomato paste
1 lb. can tomatoes
1/2 can water
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. basil
2 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 lbs. parsley
24 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs and parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
12 oz. lasagna noodles
12 or more Mozzarella cheese

Boil noodles. Brown ground meat (drain). Add meat, tomato pate, tomatoes, water, salt, sugar, Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and parsley. Simmer 1 hour. Mix together cottage cheese, the 2 beaten eggs, parsley, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese, and sauce until all is gone. Cook 30 to 45 minutes.
