SOUR CREAM FROSTING 
2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. walnut meats, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar and sour cream and boil until a small amount of mixture forms a soft ball in cold water, 232 degrees. Remove from heat and let stand until lukewarm (110 degrees). Beat until creamy. Add vanilla and nut meats and spread quickly.
