CHOCOLATE SOUR-CREAM FROSTING 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 c. dairy sour cream
Dash salt

1. Melt chocolate pieces in top of double boiler, over hot water. Remove top of double boiler from hot water.

2. Add sour cream and salt. With portable electric mixer at medium speed or rotary beater, beat frosting until creamy and of spreading consistency.

Makes enough to frost top and side of a 9" three layer cake.
