SOUR CREAM CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar

Melt chocolate pieces and butter over low heat. Remove from heat and blend in 1/2 cup sour cream, vanilla and salt. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar to make spreading consistency.
