SOUR CREAM VELVET FROSTING 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 - 2 3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate pieces and butter over hot, not boiling, water. Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, vanilla and salt. Gradually beat in enough sugar to make frosting of spreading consistency.
