SOUR CREAM VELVET FROSTING 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
A (1 lb.) box powdered sugar

Melt the chocolate pieces and butter in a heat proof bowl over hot water. Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, flavoring and salt. Beat in enough sugar gradually until frosting is of spreading consistency. Frosting for 2 layers or 1 tube cake.
