BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
20 oz. broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. minced onions
Salt & pepper

TOPPING:

1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 c. cracker crumbs

Grease 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and add ingredients. Top with the cracker crumb and cheese mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8.
