BROCCOLI AND SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. chopped spinach
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
8 eggs, beaten with fork
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. to 1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. baking powder

Cook spinach and broccoli together. Drain. Mix together eggs, oil, cheese, bread crumbs, and baking powder. Add spinach and broccoli. Should be cake consistency. If too watery, add more bread crumbs. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
