BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
12 pieces of bread
1 lb. sausage and/or bacon
6 eggs
2 c. milk
12 oz. Monterey Jack or sharp cheese

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Fit the 12 pieces of bread (crusts removed) into pan (up the sides too). Cook the sausage and/or bacon crumble over bread.

Beat 6 eggs and the 2 cups of milk together and pour over the bread, grate the cheese over the top. Then cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more or until nicely browned.
