POLYNESIAN PORK 
6-8 pork chops
10 oz. jar apricot jam
1 pkg. instant onion soup (dry)
8 oz. bottle Russian dressing
Cooked rice

Mix jam, soup mix and dressing; put chops in pan; pour mix over chops. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. Remove chops. Add cooked rice to pan. Mix with drippings.
