BEEF BRISKET 
3 lbs. beef brisket
3 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. minced onions
1 tsp. instant coffee granules
3/4 c. water

Brown brisket in an iron skillet on all sides. Mix next 5 ingredients into a paste and cover the meat. Add water to the bottom of the pan. Cover with a tight fitting lid. Cook at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Baste occasionally to make the gravy.
