BRISKET OF BEEF 
5-10 lb. brisket of beef

Soak meat overnight in: 3 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. onion salt 2 tsp. celery salt

Next day sprinkle with pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and bake for 5 hours at 275 degrees. Pour off grease and liquid. Make sauce below and pour over brisket. Bake 1 hour at 275 degrees.

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
4 c. brown sugar
1 c. water
1 chopped onion
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
