RAISIN SAUCE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 c. seedless raisins
1/4 c. vinegar
1 3/4 c. water

Mix first half of ingredients, add the second half and simmer for at least 2 hours. (Excellent with pork and potatoes).
