S'MORE CLUSTERS 
6 milk chocolate candy bars, broken into pieces
1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 c. miniature marshmallows
8 whole graham crackers, broken into bite size pieces

In a large microwave bowl, toss chocolate and oil. Microwave, uncovered at medium for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted. Stir only once. Stir in marshmallows and graham crackers. Spoon into muffin cups and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
