1 c. oil
3/4 c. honey
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. Borden's None Such Ready-to-use mincemeat

Cream together oil and honey. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Stir in mince meat. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2" apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 6 1/2 dozen cookies.
