MAYONNAISE 
1 egg
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil

In a blender put egg, lemon juice, mustard, salt and 1/4 cup of the salad oil. Cover, press button to chop. Blend 15 seconds. Immediately remove cover and pour in remaining oil in a fast stream. All the oil must be added by the end of 15 seconds blending time. With motor on "liquify" blend in a few drops of oil on surface of mayonnaise. Blend 3 seconds.
