JELLO 
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold orange or cranberry juice
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) strawberry jello
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

Stir water into jello until dissolved. Stir in juice and refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or until thickened. Stir in fruit. Chill until well set.
