FETTUCCINE ALA ROMANA 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked
2 1/2 c. shredded ham
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Combine melted butter with remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour sauce over hot noodles and toss lightly. Serve on warm platter. Yields: 8 to 10 servings.
