SIRLOIN TIPS 
1 1/2 lb. sirloin tips
1/4 lb. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 lb. mushrooms (fresh)
1/2 med. green pepper
1/2 med. onion
1/2 c. sherry (cocktail sherry)

Saute tips in butter. Salt and pepper to taste while tips are sauteing. Sprinkle in small amount of flour.

Place in a roasting pan (9 x 9 inch pan for 1 1/2 pounds of tips). Put cut up fresh mushrooms, green pepper and onions on top of tips. Add sherry. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Serve with or on Rice Pilaf.

May change amounts to taste or as necessary.
